Founder of Little Bird Music

Growing up in a large creative family I was lucky enough to be surrounded by many different types of music. I learnt violin and piano from a young age and, loving playing and singing in ensembles and groups,  I went on to study music at The University of York.  

After graduating I worked for many brilliant organisations including Virgin Music, Roland UK and Monkey Music in roles that combined my interest in business strategy, training and development with my passion for high quality music education .  

Believing very much that all children are born innately musical and realising that not all children have the childhood and opportunities that I had,  in 2017, building on over 20 years music teaching and training experience, I founded Little Bird Music to champion high quality music making opportunities and education for all.
