Music at the heart

Little Bird delivers projects that are inclusive, educational, exciting, engaging and allow all to flourish through musical exploration. We currently offer two pre-bookable courses for primary schools, each run on-site at your school and tailored to your environment and timetable:

Engaging the brain

Music is one of the only activities that actively engage both hemispheres of the brain. It's proven the incorporating music into the daily lives of children aged 0 - 11 has huge educational and social benefits.

First Access – whole class violin lessons 

Little Bird Music is delighted to offer whole class violin lessons to Primary schools through the First Access initiative. This is a 12-week, grant-funded programme that introduces students to learning an instrument. 

Bespoke support

We can also work with you to create and run bespoke music projects, or a series of sessions that:

  • are held on site at your school
  • meet the needs of the national curriculum
  • work to your preferred dates and timetable
  • link to your curriculum topics
  • support your desired outcomes.
